Clifton Suspension Bridge / Bristol

Clifton Suspension Bridge was designed by Brunel.
The SS Great Britain went through under the bridge to place in a museum.
People who know the ship and the bridge were designed by the same engineer
might be impressed and inspired.

Under the bridge, that has gondola for its maintenance.
Is the gondola and the bridge were made at the same time?
The gondola seemed newer than the bridge.

The bridge is not free for charge to path by vehicle.
What is Crossing Card?
I wanted to see the card, but it's impossible to see it from pavement.

From the bridge I could see  many things.

 The river is Avon river.
It's not so big river, so that to pull the steam ship could be done
only at high tide time.

I could see the suspension bridge from a hill next to that.
If the weather was good, it could be much better than what I saw.
